1. Service Agreement

By booking with St. Catharines Pressure Washing, you agree to these terms of service. We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning throughout the Niagara region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, and surrounding communities.

2. Services Provided

• Driveway and concrete cleaning
• House and siding washing
• Deck cleaning and restoration
• Oil and grease stain removal
• Roof cleaning, moss and algae removal
• Other exterior cleaning as listed in your quote

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to outdoor water and electricity if required
• Ensure pets and children are indoors or safe during service
• Remove personal items or cover sensitive areas if needed (we can help upon request)

4. Pricing & Payment

• Free, no-obligation quotes for all services
• Lowest price guarantee within the Niagara region
• Final pricing will be provided before work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• Accepted methods: cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit card

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 service fee
• If weather prevents safe work, we will reschedule at no cost

6. Liability & Insurance

St. Catharines Pressure Washing is fully licensed and insured. We carry $2M liability insurance and WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) coverage for your peace of mind. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues outside our control (e.g. loose siding, already cracked concrete).

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with our results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
